THE STORYIn one quiet night, it was 3:00 am, and I couldn't sleep. So, I grabbed my laptop and searched on google: Doki Doki Literature club. There was a result that catched my eye.
It was 'DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB FREE DOWNLOAD' Being a DDLC Fan by myself, I clicked on the link. The link brought me to a page. The page that the link made me go was a page that was black, and with a button that says: 'Download now' I didn't wanna lose a promise, so I clicked it. The folder was downloading. The folder said: 'DDLCDIE' I was freaked out but curious.
After it was clicked, I extracted the file in 7-Zip. Then it was the same contents as the original folder, only with the DDLC program renamed as 'DDLCDIE.exe'.
Out of sheer curiousity. I clicked on it.The title was the same as a mod 'A Brand New Day'. That 'Die.exe' might have lied to me.'
I said, when I clicked new day, the default name was 'GET OUT.' And I could not change it. So I continued anyways, when I clicked continue, a textbox said: 'This is your fault.' I ignored it anyways and continued.When I woke up from a dream, I saw that none of the girls were there. 'Strange, I thought they were having a sleepover that night,' I said.
When I got a call, I went to the school and got SLAMMED BY A DOOR. The Protagonist.Me. Was Knocked out cold. When I woke up.AGAIN.
I saw all the girls looking at me angrily. They were torturing me. Then, the final moment in the haunted game happened.I saw Yuri opening a bag that contained KNIFES! Then every single girl got a knife.When it cut to the 'End' Screen, they were giggling as they stabbed me. Then, the game closed on itself.I vomited.
'THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE F ING HAPPENING!' I said, angrily. I tried to move the folder on my recycle bin, it won't let me. So I let it stay here, closed the laptop, and went to bed. I had nightmares of that exact game.When I woke up by the alarm, I checked my laptop before breakfast.
Thankfully, that DDLCDIE folder was deleted. Then I went to google and searched the website name. The website was deleted too.So, if you find a suspicious DDLC game, Don't play it. If you do, you will be scarred for your life.TOTALLY REAL SCREENSHOT.

You thought it was a normal DDLC mod, but it was me, Dio/Dadsuki!A Brand New Day is a fanmade mod of Doki Doki Literature Club, created by @Phathom on twitter. It is available to download at: The mod is based on parts of the original story that have been remixed, along with a large amount new content. There are some changes in dialogue and many new facial expressions, new poses and dialogue as well.
There are new CGs, backgrounds, sounds and more as well. There are a total of 11 days with a 12th day in the works.
This mod is a what if the MC starts to get a will of their own, or is it? Natsuki's 'father' makes his first appearance in this mod.
